Payment Information - Terms & Policies. I, hereby understand and agree with the Information and Policies including the class fees, and to pay the registration fee (if applicable) for enrollment of myself, or the above student(s), by the deadline. I understand that there are no refunds. I understand the student has been enrolled in a program of strenuous physical activity offered by Hilo Community Players in association with Paradise Performing Arts Center, Taylor Made Music, East Hawaii Cultural Center (EHCC), Devon Marie, Bevin Kilfoyle, Dr. Rachel Klein, Lisa Taylor, Nadia Schlosser and their designees. In consideration of myself, my heirs and assigns, hereby release Hilo Community Players, Paradise Performing Arts Center, Taylor Made Music, EHCC, Devon Marie, Bevin Kilfoyle, Dr. Rachel Klein, Lisa Taylor, Nadia Schlosser, their designees and those in direct association from any claims, demands, and causes of action arising from my or the above named person’s participation in any of the above stated programs, and I hereby release Hilo Community Players, Paradise Performing Arts Center, Taylor Made Music, EHCC, Devon Marie, Bevin Kilfoyle, Dr. Rachel Klein, Lisa Taylor, Nadia Schlosser and their designees from any liability now or in the future relating to injures and/or issues occurring before, during or after participation in any other of the above stated programs offered at Hilo Community Players, Paradise Performing Arts Center, Taylor Made Music, EHCC, virtual locations or at any time, while in the vicinity of the premises of the above stated business, or in any activity sponsored, represented, or organized by Hilo Community Players, Paradise Performing Arts Center, Taylor Made Music, EHCC, Devon Marie, Bevin Kilfoyle, Dr. Rachel Klein, Lisa Taylor, Nadia Schlosser and their designees for any reason. I further understand that this years program will be held in a digital format and release all rights to media, images, video footage and likenesses of my child(ren) to be used for promotion, participation and performance relating to this program as seen fit by the sponsoring entities.
